Terms of Use

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GoaTech. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

GoaTech provides a hosted CRM with associated features such as pipeline management, AI assistance, posting calendars and integrations. We may evolve or modify features over time; material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@goatech.co.uk.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to break the security of the platform.
• Upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to do so.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing displayed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

You may cancel at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data for up to 30 days.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
